FARM LIFE
Our dream of owning a farm became reality in Spring 2020. We are Mike and Dominica plus six kids, plenty of animals, and we are constantly tackling new projects—raising livestock, building structures, and cooking the good life.
In the Summer of 2023, we launched Black Clover Country Coffee Roaster out of our farm, sourcing top-quality beans and roasting them to perfection. Inspired by 2nd wave coffee, our bold, dark roasts are perfect for espresso, cold brew, and fueling your next adventure.
Our livestock program consists of our grass-fed beef program, pastured pork, and pastured poultry that includes both chickens and turkeys. Consider our Clover Club program for deep discounts on our meat program and other farm products.
We are also an Alumi-Coop dealer, the very best Amish-built chicken tractors in the USA.
Core Values
Regenerative Agriculture – Every part of our farm has a purpose. The cows eat the grass, the pigs, sheep and chickens come behind them and continue the cycle of regenerative agriculture. We simply work with nature for maximum benefit.
Meaningful Experiences – Our family values connection. Connection to our land and animals but most importantly people. Our livestock, events, classes and more are designed to foster that community.
Stewardship – We genuinely believe that God has given us this farm. We want to honor that by working with what He provided. Beautiful dirt and pasture for the cultivation of food for our livestock, trees to provide strength and protection, and a generational model for our family.
