Up until the end of 2024, we have sold shares of live animals to our growing list of customers as well as a few farm products. We spent some time refining our mission to sell responsibly raised meat and other farm products in lockstep with our core values of regenerative farm practices, meaningful experiences, and stewardship of our farmland.
To that end, we wanted to be able to offer a few more options as our customers have requested. Not everyone has the freezer space for a larger share of a beef, pork or a slew of chickens, but still care about partnering with us, the farmer, to grow their meat ethically for the health of themselves and their families.
It has taken some time, but we think time well spent to develop this program, with clear understanding of the State and Federal requirements, while giving our members something they can belong to and count on. So, in 2025 in addition to our beef, pork and chicken share program, we are announcing memberships in our Clover Club. This is for them (you)!

How it Works
Upon joining the Clover Club, you will receive the following:

Pastured Pork
By working with a USDA butcher, pork can be made available in our Clover Club box program. If you prefer, you can order a share, minimum of 1/2, as well. Please note that pork season, 2025, starts in December and runs through the following year. The Clover Club Box program will not be available until then.
Pastured Poultry – Chicken and Turkey
Do you eat the equivalent of 2 whole chickens per month in your home? Pick 1, 2, 3 or 4 of our preassigned chicken harvest dates and select how many chickens you need for your family on those times. You can also get access to your Thanksgiving, Christmas or holiday season turkey!

Whole Chickens – “retail price” of $8 per pound fully dressed. Clover Club members receive 20% off the minimum order of 10 chickens. Chicken is only produced seasonally. Season starts in April of 2025 and runs through October. Should we sell out, Chicken only Clover Club boxes will be paused until our next restock. Our turkey is available in November exclusively.
