Amalfi Tonic

Amalfi Tonic

As you probably have noticed…we make our lemoncello (limoncello for the holy) at home.

I don’t remember when I discovered this cocktail but I remember living in Spokane over on 19th and I think had something to do with Mario Batali, but he isn’t cool to talk about right now.

The say the Amalfi coast is beautiful. Not that I have been but I would bet people are right and I would want one of these there, but also here, at home, at a BBQ, in the summer, winter, fall and spring.

Honestly it tastes great with either vodka or gin so whatever you have is great!

Amalfi Tonic

2 oz vodka or gin
1 oz lemoncello
5 oz tonic

Optional: splash cranberry or squeeze of lime.
